Wheel-thrown short stoneware tea bowls! Inspired by Izakaya style shared plates, we made these bowls with straight walls, a slightly rounded base, and a subtle foot. Just right for a scoop of rice, some fruit or yogurt, a side of soup, or a fancy foamy latte.

This listing is for a pair of two (2) tea bowls. Each bowl measures approximately 5” across and 2.5” tall.

OMO Ceramics are thrown and trimmed on a wheel and fired in a gas reduction kiln to Cone 10. The gas reduction firing process results in lots of texture and variation within and among pieces — this is part of what makes them so unique. 

We use nontoxic materials, always. Pots are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing with warm soapy water and drying on a stable rack. This will make for happy, long-living dishes.
